Wisdom of Crowd: Vote on Rule Changes?

Those crazy Canucks did just that.  Once the CFL put out a call asking fans for their input, just two weeks later they went through 2000 emails, and came back with their proposals, which are traditionally rubber-stamped.

I love the idea!  If someone has a contact email address for the MLB Rules Committee, I would love to be a first-pass reader to the thousdands of great ideas fans have, and send the Committee a nomination list of a few dozen of the Fans’ best ideas to consider.
