Web interface for injuries

I developed a prototype for a RESTful web interface:

Right now it works for the injuries in my combined database. I think the ideal solution (which I outlined in my post above) is to have 2-4 people oversee a shared database on a server and serve the information via REST. This makes the data standardized and makes analysis easier for sabermetricians.
