There is rarely a game that goes by in the post-season where a manager doesn’t do something dumb

By , 07:01 PM

So, now Chan Ho Park is the guy you go to in the 8th inning of a 1-run game in the NLCS?  Because he pitched well in his last 3 innings and decently this year, somehow he is not the lousy pitcher he has been for the last 10 years?  I thought perhaps that Madson was not available until he came in anyway in the 8th.  So why wouldn’t you use Madson (or Lidge) in the 8th when he is the best pitcher in the bullpen?
