The more you see a pitch, the better you hit off that pitch

That’s the basic theory, there’s some logic to this in The Book, and this article looks like it can give us some good answers.

(Unfortunately for me, this site is blocked from the office, and Google Reader only gives me the text and no pictures.  I’ll check it out at home.)
