The end of the world is coming

Yes, it’s that time of the year where baseball fans need to spout their phony outrage over changing the rules of extra innings in an exhibition game.  If those same fans were soccer fans, they’d probably think the end of the world happened in 1994, with a shootout deciding the most important single sporting event in the world (The World Cup).  And again in 2006.
