The Emperors Have No Clothes

By Tangotiger, 10:08 AM

It is a peaceful moment when you can ignore the (public) blatherings of players regarding other players, the misleading (public) evaluation of executives regarding players, and now the gospel-spouting holy writers.  Last year, I was looking for a reason to tune out WFAN on my lazy drive home, and the divorce of Mike and the Mad Dog gave me a decent excuse. I am glad that I can pass those train wrecks without slowing down (and in the case of WFAN, simply jump over the station without stopping).

Once you tune them out, you realize that life is identical with and without their insights.
