Testing the 2007-2010 Forecasting Systems - Official Results - Part 3

I looked only at Pure Rookies, and only those Pure Rookies with at least 49 plate appearances.  From 2007-2010, there were 200 such hitters.  (Why 49?  I used 50, but I only had 199 batters, and I wanted to get to 200 for grouping purposes.)
