Tech Help: My SanDisk Micro Cruzer Flash Drive Won’t Light Up

It was plugged in, lit, and then suddenly, the light went off.  Coincidentally or not, my kid was crawling in front of the computer.  I was watching him the whole time, and if he touched it, it would be barely touched.  I apply more pressure to the thing when I put it in and out.  So, I think that was a pure coincidence.

I tried it on two different computes, and it won’t light.  The USB ports are functional for other devices.

Even if the unit itself is broken, I’d at least like to be able to recover any files I haven’t backed up.  (Not so bad, since 95%+ is backed up already.)

Suggestions?
