Great work from Mike as usual.  Nice seeing evidence of a new pitch so clearly.  Mike, I’d be interested in some of those outlays, like the 89mph changeup, which I presume no one throws unless they can also throw a fastball at 95mph+.

And, does it seem odd that the speed of his slider has jumped up?  Can you show the deflection graph of his sliders, but split at around Aug 1, 2009 (so, 2008 - Aug 1, 2009, and Aug 1, 2009 - present)?  Basically, is he actually throwing something different, or is he actually getting the same movement, but at a higher speed?  (That Aug 1 is a guess from looking at the chart.)
