Should the Holy Players stand next to the Holy Writers in their quest for loudest phony outrage?

You guys know how much I can’t stand the moral highground that the Holy Writers try to take, in jumping over each other for the loudest phony outrage, to claim the head of the Writer Papacy.  These guys believe that they need to stand for honor and integrity, as if they were cut from a better cloth than those they stand in judgement of and from those of us who simply enjoy watching baseball.
