Second Amendment and Superheroes

I read the first few pages of this, and I just can’t agree with the premise. The way I see it is very clearly: there is only one class of humans. Therefore, you can’t look at Cyclops and his ability to generate blasts of heat from his eyes as some sort of weapon. It is innate to him, and he is a human. The same applies with Cyborg or other Special Olympians.

But, I’m not a lawyer, and have never thought about how the law would apply to our eventual mutant overlords (or eventual mutant gulag, whatever our intolerance will reflect).
