Welcome Bill Simmons.  The interesting thing is what kind of insight we can get from the newly converted.  Bill says:

2. OPS+ ... he rightly points out that if you try to understand the meaning of it, it makes no sense.  Which is why RC+ (or wRC+) makes more sense.  And RC+ has the same scale as OPS+.
