Polanco, Jeter and tomatoes, part 2

In the continuing sabermetric saga, that started in Octobert of 2006, of showing that we’d expect Jeter and Polanco to have similar performance levels starting in 2007, we have this update:

Fangraphs WAR
16.9 Jeter
16.3 Polanco

Baseball-Reference WAR
15.1 Jeter
14.3 Polanco

Polanco is closing in fast on Jeter. 

Since 2007, through today, Jeter has been paid almost 90 million dollars.  Polanco has been paid almost 20 million dollars.
