Player in 1994 had a SLG 100 points higher than any other season in his career: admits to NO PED
Hat-tip Rally on the factoid. No, I’m not talking about Brady Anderson. That was 1996, and his jump is 180 points higher. I am talking about: Kenny Lofton. I bring this up just to point out how sh!t happens in baseball. Given enough data lines, something is going to seem out of place. Lofton definitely should be in the discussion for the hall of fame as I’ve discussed in the past. And, as I’ve said, he was Ichiro! before Ichiro.
