Morgan Ensberg’s philosophy of hitting

By Tangotiger, 09:22 AM

I asked Ensberg about how he approaches each of the 24 base/out states.  I’m not sure what kind of expectations I had, other than “take” and “go the other way”.  Instead, he went through various scenarios, and he gave me an ordered list of various actions he contemplates.  It is, to me, fascinating.  Anyway, I took his ideas, and charted it in a color-coded chart.  Credit for all this should go to Ensberg.  If something doesn’t make sense in the chart, then it was likely my fault in the conversion process.
