Nate Silver checks in with his take of trying to figure out the fanbase for each team, as well as how much affinity they have for that team. 

BP’s done other similar work in the past (Woolner, Zumsteg), as has Voros and Dan Werr at Primer.  And, I’ve done my little contribution.  I’ll update this blog entry as I locate those articles.
