Location, location, location: Colorado Springs House For Sale

By Tangotiger, 01:34 PM

I feel like a matchmaker.  Dan Fox, a no-brainer choice for the Pirates job, now has to sell his house in Colorado Springs.  I see he did alot of remodeling(*) just weeks before landing the Pirates job, which must be a bit frustrating.

(*) I know that when you do a remodel, you only get like 60-80 cents on the dollar for the improvements.  But, for such recent work, plus the luxury of not having a mess in your house as a new buyer would have, that’s gotta up it to at least 90 cents, no?  Where can I find the hometrics blog?

Anyway, I’m vouching for Dan.  So, spread the word to whoever is looking to move to Colorado Springs.
