Lastings Milledge : GMs “as to” Bad boys : the girls who think they are the ones who can change them

By Tangotiger, 09:37 AM

Here’s what I’d like researched.  Find all the non-pitchers who, prior to entering MLB, was considered a big prospect (drafted in 1st two rounds, or made MLB debut prior to his 23rd birthday), but through age 26 did not show anything (I’d like to say max 1 WAR in every season, but maybe bump that to max 1.5 WAR).

What has historically happened?  Did they go to a new team?  Were they still given a chance to play?  Did any of them became a legitimate starter?

Are GMs like those girls who think they are the only ones who can turn that bad boy around?
