Hiearchical Bayesian Modeling of Hitting Performance in Baseball

This paper (first link) was written by Shane Jensen.  I seem to remember reading it, but I can’t remember right now.  In any case, lots of references to Marcel.

Shane was the guy who did “SAFE”, the fielding system we talked about alot last year.

I haven’t read it, but I’ll provide my comments later.
