Sean has matched Fangraphs.com, plus added one thing I’ve talked about in the past. RE24 is the change in run expectancy. But, if you get to bat with men on base alot, you have a bigger potential in swing. You can deleverage that by dividing each play by the Leverage Index of that base/out state. So, exactly like you can do sum(WPA/LI) for each play, you can do sum(RE24/LI) for each play. And where LI for WPA is based on inning, score, base, out, the LI for RE24 is based on just the base, out.
And you can do lots of sorting and stuff through Play Index.
