Four more in the Hockey Hall of Fame

By Tangotiger, 03:10 PM

Belfour, Niewendyk, (both first time eligible I think), Gilmour (probably 3rd or 4th time), and Mark Howe (a long-time coming) have been elected to the Hall of Fame.

In hockey (as in other sports), it’s a celebration of who is in.  There’s not much talk of who was not elected.  In that way, it’s good they don’t release the results of those not voted in.

It would have been tough to argue for Niewendyk but not for Gilmour.  And Mark Howe was probably the most underappreciated player of my generation.  So, good to getting in 4 guys.
