Fielding Bible Winners - 2009

By Tangotiger, 12:40 PM

The list.

In the ballot I submitted, on behalf of The Fans, here is how each winner did:
Pujols: #1

Aaron Hill: #7
Jack Wilson: #6
Zimmerman: #6

Crawford: #2
Gutierrez: #1
Ichiro: #1

Yadier Molina: #1

Buehrle : #1

That’s 5 of 9 that the Fans submitted as #1, that the consensus ten panelists came back as #1 as well.  And Crawford (#2, behind Nygier Morgan) makes it a strong showing.

For the infielders, there’s very little separating any of them from #1.  I presume that when we see the ballots of the ten panelists, we’re going to see the infielder (2b, ss, 3b) ratings all over the place.
