I haven’t had any problems and I visit the site several times per day. However, if what’s happening is as I expect, the culprit is from a corrupt ad. Some ads are set to run at certain times of the days. Some are set to load only once or twice or as many as half of the times a page loads. So you could visit the site yourself hundreds of times and not get the warning. Then you could visit it two days later and get it.
It appears you have Google ads so finding the ad would be next to impossible. You might ask the reader if there’s a certian page it’s happened more frequently on. You also might ask him to install or enable adblocker and flash blocker for a short time to see if it resolves the problem on their end.
