Great stuff from the NHL. The have their rule book online, in an interactive fashion, and with a video example for each rule.

Really, just a fantastic idea and execution on the NHL’s part.

(Note: video works for IE for me, but not Firefox.)

The NBA has had one for a while, too. Probably more important for them, because their officials get accused of incompetence more often and more vociferously among hardcore fans.
