I’d have to say that, all things considered, that’s the greatest catch of a flyball that I’ve ever seen, especially with the ease and grace with which she does it. But what does the video have to do with tracking, other than the fact that she’s darn good at it?

This was going to be a gatorade commercial if I recall correctly, but they never aired it.
I like how the catcher’s a lefty.
The catcher was a righty when they showed him behind the plate, and a lefty when he was standing up after the catch…

I linked this late last night. Since then I have read the YouTube comments and there seems to be some controversy over whether this is a faked video or not. Several people say that it was created for a Gatorade commercial; others say they were either at the game or watching the game on TV in real time and that it actually happened. Perhaps someone here knows for sure? Pretty amazing if it was true.
