It’s interesting to see him doing work with the managers and, as he said, getting their opinions on what they like about this guy, what they don’t like about that guy. From how he came off in Fantasyland, which obviously was before he got hired by the Cards, I would barely have expected to see him watching guys, let alone noting scouting observations.
It’s good to see that, even if only for purposes of the job or the video, he’s not so completely dismissive of everything qualitative.
Sig is a very open minded guy. Also, as part of his job with the Cards, he went to scouts school (did you know there was one?).

That is a good video! Sig and the whole “stats geek” persona really come off looking good I think.
