Thanks for blogging my site!  I also think it’s interesting that there are more visitor wins than home wins… it’s been that way for most of the season (it was actually a tie for a while).  Seems like the home field advantage isn’t what it used to be.

"Home Wins: 253 Visitor Wins: 239 “ (.514)

So, since we looked, that’s 62 home wins and 45 road wins (.579).

Regression toward the mean is likely 100%, so we should expect around .530-.540 for games from now until the end of season.  That’ll make the final home win% about 5 points lower than it has been historically.
