MGL Archives

By Tangotiger, 11:52 AM

For those new around here, you’ll enjoy some fantastic old articles by MGL:

DIPS Revisited
UZR Part 1, Part 2 (includes extensive methodology)
Super LWTS Part 1, Part 2, Part 3

#1    MGL      (see all posts) 2007/04/26 (Thu) @ 16:02

I just re-read some of the articles myself.  The part about regression (toward the mean), correlation, and the power of prediction, at the beginning of the DIPS article, is important for any newbies or semi-newbies.
