Repoz does this every year. From what I remember, Raines ends up in the Repoz count 5 or 10 percentage points higher than the official count.

So, has he done this kind of thing before? And, if so, is there evidence of some kind of bias among the sorts of voters who post their ballots online? (And/or post them this early?)
It’s a pretty decent sample-size, but I’d suspect that there’s a disproportionate number of young, net-savvy, and therefor less-traditional voters among this population. In which case, Raines might simply edge closer while Jack Morris suddenly sits on the precipice.
