As far as I’m concerned, this is satire. And that means it’s protected by Copyright law. And that mean Youtube doesn’t have to listen to the eventual takedown notice from MLBAM (which is surely going to happen).
I’m not a lawyer, so TSN and Youtube’s lawyers can decide for themselves.

Video should stay up because I assume TSN has already paid some amount to be able to show highlights of games (even when they aren’t doing “satire"). I think the satire protections would more apply if I took that video and dubbed over my own interpretation of the girl voice, and TSN or MLB tried to take it down.
