Now THAT is something the Marlins should send a guy back to the minors for.

In the comments on SB Nation, someone linked to the video of Dae Sung Koon batting a couple years ago (link at my name). Makes me wonder what the best PAs from a relief pitcher in say the last 15 years have been.

It wasn’t so much that he was standing up straight. He did crouch a bit and stride as if he were preparing to swing. But he was standing as far as possible away from the plate. So a few easy fastballs on the outside half should have done the trick.
Ceda’s first two pitches were inside, and his next two were over the plate but low.
