Birth of Bloomberg Sports

By Tangotiger, 01:16 PM

Glove-slap Repoz:

So, they reasoned as they sat in traffic, why couldn’t the Bloomberg analytical model fit into the analysis of baseball numbers...or any sport that uses data...and be better than anything else in the market? There was no reason, and the idea for Bloomberg Sports was born.

Which reminds me, Bo Moon, or someone acting for him, was nice enough to send me a free trial.  I actually never tried it because, well, it said “click here”, and there was nothing to click.  I’ll email their customer service team now, and give it a go.

Bo was also brave enough to join the Forecasters Challenge, which reminds me, I’m way behind on.  It’ll be cool to see how everyone does.
