Best Three-Season Groups, since the time of Willie and Mickey, by age

Ages 22-24: Arod #18, OPS+ of 144
Ages 25-27: Arod #17, OPS+ of 155 (seasons 2001-2003)
Age 28-30: ARod #41, OPS+ of 146

His age 28-30 seasons includes his two bad Yankee years.  If we shift it to Age 29-31 (only one bad Yankee year), we get:
Age 29-31: ARod #13, OPS+ of 161

If you want to pick out 2001-2003 seasons from the rest of his career as anything out of the ordinary, good luck.
