Best free agents in 2011 for under one million$?

He links to MLBTR. Another source is ESPN’s site which I quite enjoy.
If someone wants to know “who’s a replacement level player?” Well, all those players signed to minor league deals would qualify by definition.
You would probably also want to include anyone paid as much, or less than, Willie Bloomquist. It seems that a free agent is either paid at least 600,000$, or he’s given a minor league deal. I would guess that at least 25 of the 30 teams would have been happy to offer a minor league deal to any of the 15 players paid less than Willie, with the other 5 teams offering between 600K and whatever they signed for (winner’s curse). Basically, half the teams are like “eh, let’s give out 750,000$ to this one player to be our veteran guy off the bench, and if we don’t get him, no big deal at all, as we’ve got quality reserves in the minors anyway”.
