Aceves, Joba, Hughes: who to start? It doesn’t matter!

So says the crowd. Based on the crowd-sourcing, they expect a MUCH better ERA for Hughes in the bullpen, a much better ERA for Joba in the bullpen, and a somewhat better ERA for Aceves in the bullpen. Adding in someone with 5 runs per 9 IP to make up for the missing innings, we get:
