And, he wan’t even heatlhy this year…

Let’s say we have a fictitious player, call him Moe Jauer, who it having a great year, but is not even healthy. His wOBA is, say, in the mid to low .400’s.  His career wOBA is .380 to .390, which is still great of course.  And he is in the prime of his career, age-wise.  A completely fictitious player.

Now, let’s assume that he is going to be completely healthy next year, and of course, still in the prime of his career.  Remember that he hit .440 (wOBA) or so while not being healthy!

So what can we expect next year, assuming that he is perfectly healthy?
